David I. Okonkwo

David Okonkwo joined Crown Hill in 2014 and leads the employment work in both offices. He is usually brought in because a transaction, a departure, or a handbook needs a lawyer who will still be in the room when the business deal is discussed.

He prepares employment and restrictive agreements, advises owners on separations, and handles disputes that grow out of those documents. He is admitted in South Carolina and Virginia and splits his time between the two offices.
