A dispute should be narrower at the end of the first month than it was at the start. We spend that time on the documents, the witnesses who actually know the facts, and a clear account of what a win would change.
The docket is civil and commercial: broken contracts, owner disagreements, and property fights that have a business underneath them. We appear in the state and federal courts of South Carolina and Virginia.
Settlement is discussed against a record that could be tried. A client should know the cost of continuing before choosing to continue.
