Handles commercial purchases, sales, and leases from the Richmond office, including land held by Charleston clients.

Elena Voss opened her practice with the Richmond office in 2008. She acts on acquisitions and sales of commercial and investment property, and on the leases that follow. Shoreline and family property comes to her when it is part of a larger private-client matter.

She works often with the Charleston partners on files that have land in both states. End-of-term lease questions, especially restoration and assignment, are a standing part of her docket.
