Robert Chen joined Crown Hill in 2019 after several years as in-house counsel to a regional parts manufacturer. He works from Charleston on commercial contracts, owner agreements, and the supporting documents in a purchase or sale.
He is usually paired with Margaret Hale on a transaction. Clients get one partner responsible for the matter, and a counsel who has lived with the daily paper of an operating company.
